Vision Statement: ICY Arts will serve as a supportive companion to schools by forming learning centers/chapters by forming partnerships and leveraging community assets, and advocating with community leaders.
Mission Statement: To empower youth to strive for performance excellence through after-school and summer programs that focus on: leadership, community, academics, and the (technological) Arts.
